Community Rules

1.Punch at prices, not people
Homes, prices, kitchens, carpets, and “cozy” listings are all fair targets. The people connected to them are not — no attacks on owners, residents, neighbors, buyers, or agents. If your comment is about a person instead of a property, it doesn’t belong here.
2.No naming names
Don’t identify who lives in, owns, or sold a home. No posting anyone’s name, workplace, family details, schedule, or any other personal information. The app is anonymous for you — extend the same courtesy to everyone else.
3.No hate, threats, or harassment
No hate speech, no threats, no harassment, no content that discriminates based on race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, or any protected class — including comments about who “should” or “shouldn’t” live in a home or neighborhood. Housing discrimination isn’t edgy; it’s illegal.
4.Keep it roast, not gross
Vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit content gets removed. You can be savage about a beige bathroom without it. The best roasts are clever, not crude.
5.Opinions are opinions, not facts
“This kitchen looks like 1987 called and wants an apology” is an opinion. “This house has mold” is a factual claim — don’t present things as fact unless you know they’re true. Made-up or unverifiable claims about a specific property hurt real sellers and can get you (and us) in actual trouble.
6.No spam, no soliciting
No ads, no “DM me for a deal,” no link-dropping, no agents trolling for clients in the comments. Sponsored content in the app is clearly labeled; everything else should be a human being with a take.
7.Flag it, don’t fight it
See something that breaks these rules? Use the report flag on the comment. Flagged content is hidden automatically once enough users report it, and we review and remove what doesn’t belong. Don’t wage comment wars — the flag is faster and you’ll feel classier.
Enforcement
We monitor the boards and remove content that breaks these rules — vulgar, hateful, or targeting content especially. Repeat or serious violations get a device restricted or banned. We’re the hosts of this party, and we decide who’s ruining it; see the Terms of Use for the formal version.
